The WITC would welcome applications from suitably qualified Umpires from around the World.
All Umpires should have the rank of 2nd Degree Black Belt to 9th Degree Black Belt awarded from an ITF style organisation, having trained and perfected the patterns created by the founder of Taekwon-Do, General Choi Hong Hi.
All Umpires will receive training in advance of the competition.
